Similar-looking bikes can have different compliance requirements once motor, battery, electrical layout and destination market change.
Two products can look similar and still fall under different rules. Motor rating, battery specification, electrical layout and intended use all affect how a destination market classifies the product.
That is why a certificate or test report for one model should not be copied across a whole catalog. Documentation has to match the actual configuration being shipped.
