OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR SITE-RELATED SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction in Tianjin, China, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
